There is a faint scuff in the tolex near the left foot on the front of the amp, besides that this amp looks brand new!

Tweed/Plexi: This amp uses the preamp circuit based on the last generation, and most-loved Tweed Bassman/Tweed Twin (5F6A/5F8A) amps, with a switch to shift to the tone of a classic Plexi Marshall. This is coupled to the 20 watt output section, identical to the Mr. Tone, so essentially you have the classic sound of the larger and louder Tweeds/Plexis on a smaller and more manageable scale. I wanted to break free of the typical "small amp/watered-down circuit" syndrome. I wanted the “large amp” tone quality of a great Tweed Bassman or 50-watt Plexi Marshall, with all of the adjustability and flexibility of those amps, but without the amp being so desperately and unbearably loud. Again, this is a tube rectifier circuit. You can use any of the rectifier or output tubes mentioned below, but I recommend EL34 and GZ34 for the most gusto. If you want all of this great sound at an even lower volume, use a 5Y3 and a pair of 6V6's. This amp also has the incredibly useful Slope control (as described above with the Mr. Tone), as well as a three position EQ switch which allows you to select between Bright Tweed tone, Normal Tweed tone, or bright channel Plexi tone. With this EQ switch, the amp really does capture the largest part of the authentic sounds of both a Tweed Bassman and a Plexi Marshall. The rest of the controls are Volume, Treble, Middle, Bass, and Presence.
