Here you'll find the full range of high-end compressors and limiters currently available on the market. Whether it’s tube or solid state, stereo or mono, clean or colored, for mastering or tracking, we have used and tested most all of what’s out there, and continue to test the new gear as it comes along. If you don't see something you're interested in, let us know because there may be a good reason why we aren’t representing it. Sound Pure cares about compression in the recording process, in ways you will have to speak with us in person to understand. We consult with manufacturers on the features that they should add, thoroughly test every compressor we can get our hands on. We even spend piles of our own money keeping our own recording studio equipped with the latest and greatest compressors that we find – we even bought Anthony Demaria’s $19,000 ADL670 (his replica of the Fairchild 670 limiter) if that tells you anything! But, whether your budget is a few hundred, or tens of thousands of dollars, we can help because what we care about is the value- achieving the best in dynamic range control and reduction at the least possible price for the quality. We don’t have a call-center with a bunch of audio-ignorant people sitting in cubicles looking at a menu of prices. We have real recording engineers able to give you their own extensive personal opinions about the gear that they’ve tested on the countless sessions and listening tests that we at Sound Pure have been a part of. New compressors and improvements to existing technology are happening every day. Sound Pure is committed to staying on to of this, so that our advice can be both completely educated, and completely up to date. We want to help you find the best gear that perfectly fits your needs and budget. Give us a call, and let’s get started! (view less)
