The most unique feature of the VSM-2 is the 2^nd harmonic generator [called the “FET Crusher”,] and the 3^rd harmonic generator [called the “Zener Bender”]. Both generators can function “full bandwidth” or in any of 4 select frequency ranges permitting the user unparalleled control in both mixing as well as mastering applications

The VSM-2 “Mix Satellite” allows you to try different processing strategies quickly, in rapid succession, so your time spent on a given sound is minimized while you can maintain full perspective of what you're working to achieve. You can switch between conventional Stereo and M/S processing within seconds or you can blend the Mix with the unprocessed signal by dialing only one knob.

The Solo M&S Function allows you to listen closely to M or S and to optimize your processing setting!
